Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actor and a member of the SSC's board since 2011, is the co-founding artistic director of the new theater firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. As the artistic director of SSC She was also the company's composer, musician and text coach as well as costume/set/music designer. While she was usually the leader the acting group but in the final season as an actor in SSC King Lear, she became a director and lighting designer.
